Salient features of lubricated type Sullair compressors are: 1) 5 years warranty on Air End (Screw Element + Gear Box + Bearings + Casing). 10 years warrantee is provided if 24 KT (silicon based lubricant) is used. 2) Higher energy efficiency in full load condition. 3) Higher energy efficiency even in Ëœpart load conditions with Spiral Valve. Generally compressors with Load / unload type capacity control would typically consume 35% of energy in Unload Condition without producing air. Capacity Control for part load operation: Air demand in an industry is not constant but keeps varying as per production requirement.
