We are pleased to inform you that Godrej have tied up with Sullair Corporation, USA for Sales & Service of their entire range of rotary screw air compressors in India. 

Sullair Corporation, a United Technologies Corporation (UTC) group company, is one of the world’s leading manufacturers in rotary screw compression technology. Sullair has a manufacturing complex in the USA, China, France & Australia.  All the Air-Ends are produced at the Sullair Corporation headquarters in Michigan City, Indiana, USA & packaged at their other manufacturing locations.

Sullair manufactures entire range of industrial rotary screw air compressors comprising of Lubricated, Non-lubricated & the original Tandem design (two stage), which are robust & rugged to suit Asian tropical conditions.

Sullair is the only manufacturer to offer a 10-Year Warranty on Air-End on its Compressors using 24KT lubricants. Even on the standard models, a 5-Year Warranty on Air-End is provided.

An outstanding feature of the Sullair Compressors is the unique & energy efficient capacity control system, which consists of a spiral valve and an inlet butterfly valve. During reduced air demand, compressor output is varied by automatically rotating the spiral valve, to open & close by-pass ports in the stator to return the air back to suction rather than compressing it. Thus by matching the compressor output to the demand, energy savings to the tune of 15% is achieved.

Thus it achieves performance similar to a VFD screw compressor without the need for electronics. The problems associated with a VFD compressor like generation of harmonics, requirement of an electronic expert for drive repairs, down time due to drive failure …… etc are all eliminated.

The energy consumed is proportional to the compressor output & the capacity control is achieved without speed variation.  Thus it is free of harmonics & suited to operate trouble free in high ambient temperature, as there are no electronic power elements.

Sullair compressors are equipped with state of the art, computer compatible Microprocessor based controller which has a user-friendly graphical illustration of the monitored functions and an easy to use keypad.

Sullair covers the following range of compressors:

LS 10 Series: 25 and 30 HP (Starting from 115 acfm)

LS 12 Series: 50 HP                                            LS 16 Series: 60 to 100 HP

LS 20 Series: 125 to 200 HP                                LS 25 Series: 250 to 350 HP

Two stage Tandem compressors TS32S series: 400 to 600 HP (2000 to 3000 acfm)

We offer lubricated screw compressors with suitable pre-filters and post filters along with refrigerated air dryers to provide air quality as per class ISO 8573.1, with particulate size filtration of 0.1 microns and oil carryover of less than 0.01 ppm
